Fund Administration

Efficient fund administration is at the heart of Louvre’s fund services.

Our team maintains the fund’s financial, accounting books, record keeping and day-to-day operations.

Cash management

  • Reconciliation of operating bank accounts
  • Placing and recording of fixed deposits and other yield-enhancing instruments
  • Disbursement of payments for third-party fees and expenses
  • Reconciliation of cash and other balances at brokers and custodians

Fund accounting

  • Processing of trade and non-trade related transactions and corporate actions
  • Monitoring and processing of capital subscriptions/redemptions
  • Calculation of income and expense accruals
  • Independent reconciliation of the fund’s portfolio holdings
  • Provision of accounting or accounting-related reports and/or support schedules

Net Asset Value calculations

  • Liaising with third-party data providers and valuation agents to value the underlying assets of the fund
  • Handling periodic valuations and calculating the price per share for open-ended funds

Calculation of management and performance fees

  • Reconciliation of information provided by the fund’s prime broker and custodian
  • Disbursement of the incentive/performance fees to the investment manager

Financial and management reporting

Preparation of yearly and/or half yearly financial statements in accordance with the GAAP adopted by the fund. Including:

  • Statement of assets and liabilities
  • Statement of operations
  • Statement of changes in net assets
  • Portfolio holdings

Audit support

  • Preparation of books and records to facilitate external audit
  • Liaising with the fund’s auditors in their review
  • Preparation of the annual financial statements
